WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ON APPOINTMENTS?
Appointments must be canceled 3 hours in advance. For early AM appointments, you have to cancel the day before your appointment by 7pm. For parties 3 or more must cancel 24hrs in advance. Guests who do not cancel within that time frame for their appointment are subject to 50% service charge, No show are subject to 100% service charge to your credit card on file.

For Keratin Complex services a credit card is requested to hold your reservation. Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to give 24 hours’ notice, 50% of reserved service will be charged to your credit card on file. Guests who do not cancel or do not show for their appointment are subject to a 100% service charge.
WHAT IS YOUR LATE POLICY ON APPOINTMENTS?
We allow a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you show up more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, if time permits we can offer you a dry express style (no wash), or we can reschedule your service for another date and time. Services will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
Once a Package is purchase they are non-refundable and they can not be share with anyone else, only the person who's name it's under can use.
